The match finished with the French champions running out 2-0 winners thanks to goals from Kimpembe and Mbappe.
Manchester United have been charged over supporters throwing objects onto the pitch and supporters blocking stairways.
PSG have been charged over acts of vandalism, flares being set off and crowd disturbances.
Former Manchester United player, Angel Di Maria had a bottle thrown toward him onto to pitch during the second half. Around 800 seats were ripped out and thrown by the PSG supporters.
Before the game, PSG fans set off flares and damaged trams taking them to the stadium.
It is unlikely that either club will face any more sanctions than fines.
